On-site equipment servicing is currently available in Ireland only. Include your location when enquiring so visit arrangements can be confirmed.
Does the €120 rate cover every fridge?
€120 excluding VAT is the listed vaccine fridge service rate. The team confirms model support, the work included and the total cost before you book.
How often should the fridge be serviced?
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and your practice's cold-chain and equipment policies. The team can discuss your model and service history when planning a visit.
Is a service a guarantee that vaccines are safe?
No. Equipment servicing does not replace routine temperature monitoring, cold-chain procedures or clinical decisions about stored vaccines. Follow your organisation's procedures if readings are outside the required range.
