Please do not put medical details or test results in the enquiry form. If we need them to help you, we will tell you how to share them safely.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not use them for anything unrelated.
Who sees it
Our team sees your enquiry. This website is hosted on Wix, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with your request and keep a reasonable record of it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. You can also object to how we use them. Email support@onevitals.com and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission.
