Your request needs OneVitals approval. We confirm the device makes and models, suitable checks, location, timing and any additional work or travel charges before accepting it. Please email these details to support@onevitals.com. The calendar reserves a two-hour visit; the final scope and duration are confirmed with you. You receive a record of the checks completed, findings and recommended follow-up. Repairs, parts, extra devices and specialist work are quoted separately when needed.
